Always happy when we stay here! The miniclub is brilliant, playground at the hotel and outside, perfect location, great staff... Very family friendly. No luxury resort but very good value for money. Would recommend to all my friends.

Modern and pretty standard hotel with amazing customer service. Functional, fashionable rooms with a balcony, a toaster, and a kettle. - Stunning location in the busy area, just next door to restaurants, shops, and many attractions. - Very close to the beaches and shops, bars, and promenade. - Great choice for a trip.

The place deserved 3 stars. There were impressive, airy rooms with a proper bed. The breakfast I had was varied with hash browns. The services were good. Overall I loved the stay and recommend.

The location is very close to the main beach and a smaller beach is a short walk from the apartments. Also only a short walk to the resturants and bars in Costa Teguise. Staff very helpfull, no poblems encountered.

Our suite with a bar as well as a new system was modern. The location was great, just 5 min walk from Lanzarote.

Basically what you get at the Galeon Playa is what you pay for. Cheap and Cheerful. The complex is dated and in need of some tlc. It does not deserve top marks in any catagory, except maybe location, but it does not deserve bottom marks either. Rooms are spacious but self catering facilities are limited, (Fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and one working cooker ring), Ok for occasional cooking, we eat out mostly. Great location, small beach in front but main beach and entertainment 5 min walk around corner. If you have booked here you wont get the Ritz but don't worry you'll be fine. Enjoy your holiday.

Great location just next to Lanzarote island, with a recently renovated unit featuring cool mirrored closets. 🌴

The Location is excellent the staff are some of the best we have experienced in 50 yrs of traveling around the world more like an hotel than an apartment complex (requests dealt with within a couple of hours). We had a problem with our boiler which we reported and within an hour we had maintenance dealing with it. The views from the dining room are excellent.
One minor comment is that an exit direct onto the sea front would be very usefull even if it was electronically managed

This was our second stay here and we really enjoyed it. The room was basic but had all the facilities you would expect in a holiday appartment. The location couldn't be better 5 mins from beach, shops, bars etc. The room was cleaned four times a week, towels and sheets changed regularly and the main pool cleaned every morning. Plenty of sunbeds so no need for the dawn towel patrol. If you are looking for luxuary appartments then go elsewhere, but if you want good basic accomodation in an excellent location at a reasonable price then you'll find this place difficult to beat. We'll stay here again.
The second pool was drained as it was being renovated. The guarding arrangements were poor and I felt it could be dangerous for young kids. Typical Spain. The childrens entertainer's music for her stretching exercise by the pool at 10am every morning was torture. Apart from these minor issues everything was great.

Very friendly staff, location is beautiful
The locks on balcony doors are bad, easy to get in the apartment. You have to pay extra for safe.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
